When Eddie Roberts was a child, he witnessed something horrible: the torture and murder of a woman. Now Eddie is all grown up, and the effects of that horrible night manifest themselves as Eddie's uncontrollable desire himself to torture young women.
Heather, a local girl from Eddie's childhood for whom he had a crush, has stumbled across his path. Now she is caught in his world of terror and murder, and must try to survive as Eddie tries to destroy her, mind and body.
